By accessing or using the HIGHHUB platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Our products are strictly intended for adults only. We do not knowingly permit minors to access, browse, or purchase from our platform.

HIGHHUB reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during the purchase or delivery process. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in immediate cancellation of your order without refund.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has accessed our platform, please contact us immediately at support@highhub.com. We take underage access seriously and will take appropriate action.

Due to the nature of our products and applicable health and safety regulations, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been confirmed and dispatched.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Claims made beyond this window will not be entertained.

Approved claims will be resolved at our sole discretion through store credit or product replacement — not monetary refunds. HIGHHUB is under no obligation to replace or compensate beyond this policy.

HIGHHUB delivers within approved operational zones only. It is your responsibility to verify that delivery is available in your area before placing an order. Orders placed outside our delivery zones will be automatically cancelled.

Estimated delivery windows are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by traffic, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control do not entitle you to a refund or compensation.

You must be present at the delivery address to receive your order. If delivery cannot be completed after two attempts, your order will be cancelled and no refund will be issued. Ensure your contact details and address are accurate before confirming checkout.

HIGHHUB assumes no liability for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or for orders intercepted after confirmed delivery.

We collect personal information — including your name, phone number, delivery address, and payment details — solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your orders. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

Your data may be shared with trusted service providers (e.g. payment processors, delivery partners) strictly as necessary to complete your transaction. All third parties we engage are bound by confidentiality obligations.

By using HIGHHUB, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in this policy. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@highhub.com. We will process such requests within 14 business days.

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely immune to breach. HIGHHUB cannot be held liable for unauthorised access resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All prices displayed on the HIGHHUB platform are in Ghana Cedis (GHC) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.HIGHHUB does not offer credit, deferred payment, or instalment arrangements.

In the event of a failed or declined transaction, your order will not be processed. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds or credit are available before placing an order.

Any fraudulent, disputed, or charge-back activity will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to the appropriate authorities. HIGHHUB reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for financial losses caused by fraudulent activity.

You agree to use the HIGHHUB platform exclusively for lawful, personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any products purchased through our platform without express written consent from HIGHHUB.

You must not use our platform to engage in any activity that violates Ghanaian law or any applicable international regulation. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: purchasing on behalf of minors, misrepresenting your identity, or circumventing our security measures.

HIGHHUB products are intended for recreational and wellness use by consenting adults. We make no medical claims about our products. Nothing on our platform constitutes medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have any medical condition.

HIGHHUB shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for your consumption choices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
